Cyber critics of the dysfunctional governance in the Philippines dubbed as the pearl of the orient now ravaged by corruption and mismanagement.The rampant culture of corruption has frustrated our people no end but by pointing out the source of the aberration may one day trigger a collective response to demand meaningful change in the spirit of participatory democracy.
